A: Some probably did not notice, but one cannot improve without investing time. Some draw so much, while others not.

A: Draw and learn form mistakes, break out from comfort zone, and explore. Some go to art school to learn more faster.

Everyone can improve with time, some will improve fast, and other will be slow. But keep in mind, every race has a finish line,
